myTOEFL provides an online platform for TOEFL preparation, including practice tests, AI-powered writing and speaking evaluations, and educational resources. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on myTOEFL, including text, graphics, logos, and practice materials, is the property of myTOEFL or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may use the materials for personal, non-commercial use only.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or to engage in any activity that disrupts the platform. Prohibited activities include attempting to reverse engineer the AI models, scraping content, or sharing account access with others.

6. AI Evaluation Disclaimer

Our AI-powered evaluations are designed to provide feedback and estimated scores for practice purposes only. These scores are not official TOEFL results and do not guarantee performance on the actual exam administered by ETS.

7. Credits, Payments & Refund Policy

Our platform offers purchasable AI Credits that can be used to access AI-powered evaluations for TOEFL iBT, PTE Academic, and other supported exams. Credits are a consumable digital product and are subject to the following terms:

• No Refunds: All credit purchases are final and non-refundable. Once a payment is completed, credits are immediately added to your account and cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
• No Expiry: Purchased credits do not expire and remain available in your account until used.
• Universal Use: Credits are valid across all exams available on the platform (TOEFL iBT, PTE Academic, and future exams). They are not exam-specific.
• Secure Payments: All transactions are processed securely through Stripe. myTOEFL does not store your payment card details.
• Exceptions: In the event of a technical error that results in incorrect credit deduction, please contact us atour contact form within 7 days. We will investigate and resolve the issue at our discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

myTOEFL shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service or your performance on any official examinations.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Your continued use of the platform after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
